We know a perfect wedding does not happen automatically. It is a result of careful planning and attention to every detail. The Crowne Plaza Hotel and Suites Blue Ash/Cincinnati would like to help with your plans and details and share in the excitement of your wedding.

Banquet Areas

The The Crowne Plaza Hotel and Suites Blue Ash/Cincinnati  has several banquet areas to meet the needs and atmosphere requirements for a variety of individual tastes.

• The Ballroom will accommodate approximately 350 people (depending on size of dance floor, head table, and room setup) with 8-10 people per round table.
• The Blue Ash Room will accommodate approximately 225 people (depending on size of dance floor, head table, and room set up) with 8-10 people per round table.
• The Atrium, a tropical atmosphere, may accommodate groups up to 125 people (served banquet style) and up to 200 people for a wedding ceremony or cocktail reception.

Deposit

We will tentatively confirm the space by sending you an agreement. Once we receive the deposit and signed agreement, we will consider your function a definite booking. A deposit of $6.00 per anticipated person will be applied toward the final bill.

Detailing

Approximately two months prior to your event, please make an appointment with your catering manager to detail your special day's event and to finalize your menu selections.

It is suggested that you take care of details with your bakery, florist, decorator, and entertainment prior to scheduling a meeting with us. The following list of information will be helpful to us in providing you with a worry free event:

Name of the Event, Schedule of Events, Approximate Headcount, Colors/Themes, Centerpieces, Head Table and Reserved Table Number, Menu Choices, Bar Choices, Arrival Times (cake, florist, entertainment).

Selecting A Menu

Our menus are designed to appeal to a wide variety of tastes and budgets. Our staff, however, would be pleased to custom design menus especially for your occasion. Should you require a unique dietary menu, please notify us at the planning of your event.

All food and beverage must be provided by our hotel property and be prepared and served by our staff. This allows us to meet your high standards of quality and service. For similar reasons, no food may be taken from the premises.

Attendance Guarantee

Guaranteed attendance must be specified three to five business days in advance of your event. The will be considered your minimum guarantee and not subject to reduction. You will be charged the guarantee number even if less should attend. Numbers may be increased up to 24 hours in advance with the Chef's approval.

Payment

At the time your guarantee is given, full payment will be due to the hotel based on this number.  Any remaining balance or extra charges (such as the bar) will be due on the day of the function.
